2. No Medical or Professional Advice
Trainable provides general wellness, fitness, and AI-generated workout content. The Services do NOT constitute medical advice, physical therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.
3. Assumption of Risk
All physical exercise involves inherent risks, including injury, illness, or death. By using Trainable, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with performing activities recommended through the platform.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to exercise within your personal limits, use proper equipment, maintain a safe environment, and discontinue any exercise that causes pain or discomfort. You are solely responsible for your actions and decisions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trainable shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damages, or claims arising from your use of the Services. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using them.
6. No Warranty
Trainable is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee accuracy or specific results.
7. AI-Generated Content
Trainable uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations. AI content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your circumstances. You agree to use independent judgment and verify suitability.
8. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, code, and materials available through Trainable are owned by Trainable and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the platform.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Trainable for unlawful purposes, harassment, data scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with platform functionality.
11. Modification or Termination
Trainable may modify or discontinue the Services at any time. Continued use of the Services following changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Your use of Trainable is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information is collected and used.
